At COP MIND, we want you to love every pair. If something isn't right, we make returns and exchanges simple and completely free.
30-Day Return & Exchange Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.
Return & Exchange Conditions Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original box or packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at contact@copmind.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
- If requesting an exchange, please specify the colorway and size you'd like instead.
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 48 hours.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office or designated pickup point.
Exchanges Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll ship your new pair within 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive a new tracking number by email. Exchange shipping is free.
Return Shipping 100% free. COP MIND covers all return and exchange shipping costs, worldwide.
Refunds If you requested a refund, we'll process the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
